My brother and I have both tried accessing funds from ATM but we are unable to access our funds (Different account)

Have you both checked your available funds. I have just withdrawn some funds from my Natwest account ok.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
I havent had that problem, but i'd do as stclair said and check available funds, not just whats showing as the balance.
My natwest OLB is taking ages to update, but i am presuming that it'll be sorted by Wednesday
