Interest claim

I have been thinking of applying for an electricians course which I was going to pay monthly by credit card, However I have noticed a couple of these firms offering training have recently gone out of business.
If I was to being half way through the course and they folded could I get my course costs back from the credit card and would I be able to claim back any interest paid over the months I would have been paying as these courses can take up to a year at least.
