Cashback when switching to EDF Blue+ 2014?

Options
I'm already with EDF and have decided to switch to their Blue tarrif that is fixed until June 2014. On the comparison sites, they all say 'call us now about this deal' and that it can't be done online.

Can anyone tell me if, when I phone they can switch me and will pay the cashback, or whether this is a tarrif only available direct through EDF?

USwitch also has £21 Quidco cashback available, but if I phone rather than complete it online, would there be a mechanism for the Quidco cashback to track?

Many thanks!

Cashback is paid when you switch suppliers, not when you switch tariffs with the same supplier. Why would EDF pay you a cashback when you are already a customer?
Quidco cashback only applies and tracks if you switch suppliers online through Quidco.
You should be able to log into your EDF account and switch tariff from there.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
