- Clearing and levelling (not massively overgrown as we've chopped it all back, but very uneven)
- Fencing: approximately 15m inc two gates
- Patio: 4x3m and 10m path to end of garden
- concrete slab and 6x4 shed
- shade resistant turf: approx 7x3m

£3500+VAT (reckon six days labour)
