Online Opticians accepting NHS GS03 voucher

My experience with bricks & mortar opticians has been varied. I would not recommend Boots, D & A or Vision Express. Smaller 'local' opticians have been much more helpful, and (a surprise to me), so have Specsavers. Sadly I cannot find the style I'd like in my size.

I have tried online and have found similar results. Roughly one third of UK online opticians will accept a GS03 NHS voucher - I decided to compile these lists in the hope it might save others some legwork. Please note that many online sites display scant business sense or basic understanding of customer needs. You might sometimes find it difficult to find a picture of a frame (seriously). A stand out exception to this is the optic shop. Other recommended sites are starred (*).

No longer any mention of NHS vouchers on the optic shop.
glassescomplete do now accept vouchers.
I can't find any trace of youronlineoptician.
