Building Insurance for flats within Tenement

Wondered if anyone could provide some advise? I live in a flat in a Scottish Tenement building where there are 5 other flat owners. We each pay for our own building insurance, we have no factor but I have an account for minor repairs which we all pay in £10 a month too. Has anyone set up a building insurance which each flat owner pays into instead of individually.

Go to a local broker - you are looking for a residential property owners policy.0
