as anyone got any info on companies who advertise to buy your house and deal will be done in 10 days . recently became a victim of logbook loans whose custmer are skills are second to none . i would love to find a loop hole in this company as they take advantage of people in dire straights .they repo my car and demanded £1900 in full then decidedthey could not deal with me over phone as they thought i was recording our conversation then kept terminating my calls for help to keep my car . sad to say i never kept it they got it ,please be careful of this company . anyway would be grateful in any could share info on sell your property in 10 days ????? thanks

Have you posted in DFW & loans forum - these guys sound dodgy, why didn't they want you to record their phone calls? Probably because they were skating on legally thin ice.
Anyway these places normally buy your house at 70-90% of it's market value. Some charge you for the survey with no intention of buying the place - be careful.
