When are ESA phone lines open?

I need to phone them urgently, my money should have gone in the bank today but it hasn't.

This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened, my husband claims as well and his money goes in just fine, but for 3 payment dates in a row mine hasn't gone in and for the last 2 times I have had to phone them and they do a faster payment as its always a mistake their end, and they always say they will get it sorted but never do.

If they aren't open today does anyone know when they will be open again? At least my husband got paid because if he hadn't we would be right in it with no food or utilities.

8 am normally. It is a normal work day so they should be available at that time.

Yes thankyou I tried and got through, they are sending a faster payment today which they have done every other time, he said there is nothing on their screen to say why it's happening so it's a mystery.
