  • I have just checked my bank account and I also have one weeks payment. Its odd because I am not due another fortnightly payment till the 8th of January. I am on Contributions Based (WRAG) and cannot fathom it. I dare not spend any in case it is deducted from my next payment as I have a routine with bills etc....strange.

    So should i contact them?
  • I would suggest so. I am going to try and contact them tomorrow and find out what is going on..
  • I am due payment today, am staying up till it's updated in my bank, they slow these days and money don't show till like 3-4am, but need to be sure my money will go into today, hopefully not half pay as have bills to pay.

    Xmas Saver!
I'm on ESA - income ralted, just checkec my bank account and no payment, but then Im due this Friday, it could just be how you fall into the pan, as they changeed the payment schedule a while ago based on the last 2 digits of your NI no. 0-20 Mon, 21-40 Tues, 41-60 Wed, 61-80 Thurs, 81-99 Fri.

It may be as you were paid before Xmas and knowing that money fritters too quickly at xmas, (esp if anyone on pre-pay meters) my thoughts are they have split the payment into 2. xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Now that is interesting about ESA and NI numbers. Did they do that for DLA as well? If they did then mine has reverted somewhere along the way back to Tuesday - it was on a Wednesday when it first started.
  • Got both DLA & ESA Today, ESA on time, DLA at least 2-3 days early (Quite sure 5-7 days early)

I live in East Midlands in England.
