Blackberry Playbook vs Nexus 7

This is the playbook that I am referring to:

If someone has experience on both, I would love to hear.
Personally, I am edging towards the Nexus 7 as I have heard good things about it. But if the Blackberry Playbook is also good, it's an option as it is significantly cheaper with it being in the sale right now.

I am not taking storage into consideration.

I know the Playbook is more limited with apps and the the Nexus 7 has better specs. If I could afford it and storage wasn't an issue i'd personally go with the Nexus 7.

Probably better off posting this in the Techie Stuff section or take a look through some threads on there and see if you find info you're looking for.

I've been thinking about the Playbook too. Apparently the latest update this last month to 2.1 means it can use pretty much all Android apps. Its been able to run most Android apps for some time but apparently Blackberry didn't really advertise the fact.

Looking at the common complaints about the Nexus 7 with poor speakers and poor screen contrast I think I'd want to see both side by side.

64GB for £120 at Curry's is hard to avoid with the new 2.1 update in mind especially if they've got a better screen and sound. They were serious money last year.
