Old style license question

I have the old style license (which I am happy with) in 2013 I'm considering completing my direct access for motorcycles.
Will I be forced to adopt the two piece license?

    yep, when you add another group to an old style licence (or make any other change) you get forced to have a new style one

    yep - any changes etc will mean the new plastic licence
