Car lock repair. Advice plz

Just a quick update. The wd40 trick didn't work so i phoned Honda and it's going to cost £160 for a replacement lock to fit the existing key. Just have to decide if its worth paying a locksmith to have a look at it first to see if it can be repaired or go straight to Honda for a new one. Will decide after i get my car back from the repair shop (non fault accident).0
