Travel Insurance (medical conditions)

Hi,
I travel a large amount on business overseas, and am looking for a good annual travel insurance policy covering whole world for multiple trips.
I have two medical conditions both of which are managed well and pose no threat to me ability to travel, in fact since their proper diagnosis and management I am at fitter and on a day to day basis more healthy than when I was carrying these conditions undiagnosed and not feeling well.
When I seek travel insurance do I declare them and pay extra for cover of related claims, do I declare them but not take cover for claims related to the two conditions, or what?
Since both conditions are not going to deteriorate, and are managed perfectly well, any claim I can imagine would be for accidents, thefts, cancellations or illness NOTrelated to those conditions, but I do not want to jeopardise a potential claim by not declaring something up front even if it is not related to the claim, but on other hand I don't want to be charged a silly amount extra for declaration of couple of health issues that are perfectly managed
Thanks
Guy

I currently have insurance with Insure & Go. When i last renewed, I had to answer several compulsory questions. The first were to eliminate serious conditions like cancer or heart conditions. The next simply asked whether I had had any hospital appointments in the past year. They have become more fussy about this. The question used to exclude routine check ups but now they are included. So if your condition has involved a check up, you have to declare it. Then they ask additional questions and may charge you extra. I am not sure if you can opt out of cover for these conditions. I haven't risked doing so myself.0 -
Guy, given you travel a lot AND have a medical history far better to declare your conditions and pay the extra if full cover is offered; less
room for refusing claims on spurious grounds.
You could try Orbis Insurance who do a good annual policy with Tokyo Marine, sorry no link as am not at home. HTH.
