Burning mpg to DVD?

i have an mpg file that i want to burn to dvd to play on my dvd player, how do i do this??i have nero 7, and dvd shrink.

Hi Rob, you can download this little freeware app to burn all sorts of formats onto DVD. It encodes them all to MPEG2 (DVD) streams with selectable qualities, and can burn them too.

its in mpeg2 i just want to know whether i can burn that straight onto dvd?

Rob if you have nero 7 just open it, go to Nero vision, choose make dvd then drag mpg to it. Just follow prompts.
(I am assuming you have a dvd drive.)
