Praise for Tesco Clothing customer service

I am in Australia and Tesco have started offering deliveries here...and boy it is far superior quality to local stuff (yup local stuff is crap).

I ordered some school shoes and 2 weeks later a different order from Tesco. The second parcel arrived but not the shoes.

Contacted CS and next thing I know, they have sent a replacement order. So quick and amazingly polite.

They will win a lot of fans in the antipodes with this attitude- clothes are horrendously expensive and awful quality for basic stuff, so hurrah for UK shops sending things overseas.

That's good to hear Praise where praise is due. People are usually quick to complain, but not so much to say when they get good service.
