Looking for an i3 laptop, what makes should I look out for? I'm thinking maybe an Asus, Toshiba or Lenovo?

Well I'd like a 15.6 inch screen minimum, a good make with good build quality, and about £300 if possible.

If I'm honest, I think itl be quit hard to find a new one to your liking with that budget

You might get a refurbished one from PCWorld for around £300 with i3 processor and 15.6" screen, like this one, but as Icey270 said I doubt you'd get a new one.

keep an eye out on the sales. I have seen a few reduced to under £300 but they sell out fast
