Bank of Ireland credit cards and PPI

I’ve even only been a customer with the Bank of Ireland (UK) BOI and because of a serious health problems have never really been in long term permanent employment.

Anyway I have two credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, each with the BOI, and I use them almost exclusively to pay monthly bills e.g internet connection. If buying goods under £100 I normally pay for them by Debit Card. My credit cards are cleared automatically every month. Any loans I've taken out over the years have been with my local Credit Union (I'm a great fan of Credit Unions!)

Reading the Forum I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not the BOI have attached PPI to their cards as a matter of course.

I’m in the process of reading Martin’s articles on PPI but would just like to know whether or not it is likely I’ve been charged PPI over the years. My gut felling is that because I have always cleared my bill at the end of the month that I haven't: however, I'd appreciate members views.

Only if you agreed to it. Although does it really matter? You are not paying it so a complaint would be pointless.
