    That's because glass is not restricted !!

    They can't possibly list everything that is permitted as it would be a never ending list, so the easier way is to list what's NOT permitted.

    Not sure about jam but they definitely let you take lemon curd through and nutella chocolate spread. Could this be classed as 'jammist'!!!
