Well my goodness Jan is turning into an amazing month for me - after fighting with them for 6 months i have finally been awarded dla again for my several health conditions. Although no amount of money can make up for the problems i have it certainly helps to have a little bit of extra cash to make things a bit easier to deal with! It really is a weight lifted off me I have to say, and quite a shock as i was expecting to be turned down yet again because they have made it so hard to pass the assessments now. Anyway a payment for 6 months back payment has just landed in my bank account and i just sat and cried when i saw it! Finally recognition of just how unwell i am - which is a strange thing to be happy about i guess. Another battle won though :D After all the struggling the past few months it feels like life is finally taking a turn for the better :D

Congrats Fairyclicks, must be such a relief. Just dropping by to add £7.10 from two unexpected 10% off clothes and gifts I was getting anyway. Also £5 M&S voucher. One of my ebay items finally sold too but i'm waiting for a few days to count the cash as I always do.
