Parcel Monkey telephone number anyone?

I have searched everywhere for a number for them and no luck, google just throws up the link to call the courier used directly. I want to call parcel monkey :mad: I have asked them on their ticket system and they said they only deal with email, I have asked them on facebook and got ignored and I have searched the website, which is supposed to display a contact number but doesn't.
Can anyone help please?

I spent hours looking last night as well after my par el wasnt collected. Won't be using them again...or citylink!

Be interested o know if they refund you for a failed delivery. What the point in paying for a next day service if thy cant provide it!
