I was only working 15 hours a week when cap 1 put PPI on my card. I am trying to reclaim and they have said no. On there terms and conditions it just says working for longer then 6 months not hours per week. Should I keep on or let it go
Thanks

Mine is with the FOS and despite the fact the initial recommendation by the FOS is for them to pay up, they are digging their feet in and want it to go to the ombudsman. So be prepared for them to drag it out. Having looked on other forums it is clear Capital ones strategy is to keep saying no and dragging things out until they have no option but to cough up whether that is via the fos or court action against them. So if you do keep going expect a long wait for a result-mine if over a year already.
