My friend had the misfortune of marrying a real demon of a woman. She had 4 husbands with 4 separate kids prior to him marrying her. I did warn the guy prior to marrying her. She cheated on the previous 4 and now has cheated on him, screwed his job up and kicked him out. They are separated and may divorce soon. His father died and left him 20K. Will she be entitled to half of it? What if he takes the 20k out of his bank in cash, books a ticket to vegas and bluffs that he has blown it gambling, could he get away with it? Where could he store the money afterward without her knowing?

"She's cheated on four and had a kid with each, I have no kids with her but she definitely wouldn't cheat on me!"

Best bet is to use it to try and sort out any infections he's caught off the woman.

Well presumably this ... err friend ....knew this before he chose to marry her, and agreed to share their worldly goods as a couple. So I don't see how you.. err he ... can complain about that now, or use it as an excuse to cheat her out of her share.

I can save him the price of a plane ticket, I am in Vegas for next 10 days. Get him to do a wire transfer over to me and let me know whether Red or Black or maybe a few hands of poker (doing quite good at that last 2 days)

Then he can blame me for losing the 20K... :rotfl:
