where do you put the code in for the tenner off?

I placed my order on sunday and have not heard from them, however I called this afteroon, (using free number from saynoto0870) and after 20 minutes waiting, i got the same deal and all sort it, I never mentioned any code, I just said "I have a code for first ime buyers which gives me £10 off and free delivery" the nive lad said not a problem and took my card details again.....now waiting for the shoes.

i had a nosey on the site the other day and i'm sure i saw a box to put the code in however just plucked up the courage to order a pair and went through the process of ordering roght upto putting my card details in and i didn't come across this box?

You have to put your card details in, then continue and you come to the confirmation screen, the box is there towards the bottom on the left, after you have entered the code press update basket and it should show the discount, then continue again to place your order.

I couldn't get the £10 off code to work with the above codes, it did give free delivery though.

Does anyone have a code for the £10 off and free p&p? Thanks.

Just a word of warning I used to work for La Redoute and if you use a discount code with a sales item that isn't specifically for the sale the items goes through as full price it may not show on your final order screen but will show on your delivery advice note or statement.

They are very strict on this. It may be a genuine glitch but beware I worked for them 7 years and I never heard of one going through on sale items.

They are accepted on order screens bith on the interner and by phone.

a while ago they had the toddler ones reduced to £17.50 and i used the same code so i got my son a pair for £7.50 they are the ones with the blue velcro.. so cute

i know we have a codes section but can someone help me out with this please as i can only find a code that gives me £10 off if i spend over £50. If you could either pm me or point me in the right direction.
