Hi
I am seeking a reasonably priced condo or apt for a 3 or 4 week stay on the G o Mexico coast line. Would like to go Jan / Feb / or March..
I have had good recommendations for holidays here in the past and any advice appreciated. Also which airline is best price wise from Glasgow or Edinburgh to Orlando / Sandford if known.
Thanks

I'd highly recommend St Pete Beach/Clearwater which is a fantastic beach community close to Tampa/St Petersburg.
Here are a couple of accomodations I'd also recommend and also check out VRBO for condo rental.

Flight-wise you might want to check out Monarch from Glasgow into Sandford. They tend to have good deals if out of school holiday time.0 -
have you considered getting the tampa flight from gatwick then you are only 30 min drive from the coast0

You could do Glasgow to Tampa via London with BA - you will also get better luggage allowance (23kg hold plus hand luggage).
We stayed in St Pete's beach at the Tradewinds Island Grand. It had a small kitchen, but isn't very cheap so probably not what you would want for a 3 or 4 week stay. We also stayed a few nights in St Pete's Downtown (at the Renaissance Vinoy), it was also very nice if you might consider splitting your stay into 2 places. The downtown area was definitely worth doing a couple of nights. We also went to Melbourne, Ft Lauderdale and Naples on that trip, we did a fair bit of driving around and it was a great trip.
We visited Clearwater one afternoon and it was really nice too.
Enjoy. :j0
