I recently received Amex Platinum Cashback Everyday
Credit Card, however, now I want to change to their "standard" Platinum Cashback Credit Card which has 25 pounds annual charge.
Shall I call customer service to ask for switching card or I have to open a new application please?

dont you think calling first would be the better idea?
if you apply again it may just be declined due to the fact you already have an account with them.If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0 -
Yeah just call them, or send a secure message from the website. They're usually a fairly helpful bunch and I don't see any reason that they wouldn't allow you to switch over.0
