hi i recently cancelled my birthday holiday on the 10th december, i was due to fly that day but unfortunately broke my tooth and lead to a gum infection/inflammation. was in agony and kept me awake all night... i had to have an emergency dentist appointment an hourbefore the flight as i thought i had a dental abscess as my gum were very swollen... after 4 xrays. poking and proding-
then awaiting for results it was found that the tooth had broken in half away from the gum line. he schedualed me in for dental treatment couple of days after. for a 6o minute treatment. spent the next few days on various painkillers and anti inflammatory tablets by my gp. to take the swelling down ready for the treatment.
am i able to claim successfully does anyone think? any help would be great, i do have a form but don't know if i will be able to get anything back.
spent around £1100 on the holiday and my partner also missed out as i was too dopey to drive the car and i needed him for support. what a rubbish birthday i had this year......

What does the policy document say?
It sounds like you should be covered, but with the greatest respect you have the paperwork. I don't.0 -
If you didn't have cancellation insurance and you cancelled rather than the holiday company defaulting then you won't be entitled to any money back.
(Have a good read of your T&C's to see exactly what is and isn't covered, they will lay out the facts for you we can't as we don't have the document).Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0
