write and complain to the JC+ if you are unhappy with how you are being dealt with0 -
As above, do not allow this to happen! Ideally take a friend or find some way to covertly record this snapping of fingers, that is just a huge 'NO' and I'm pretty certain that the advisor would stand to lose their job if evidence of this was produced, quite disgusting.
Alternatively totally ignore this snapping of fingers and sit firm until called by name. Depending on your demeanor you could make an issue of this to ensure that you have witnesses.0 -
If someone were to snap their fingers at me they would be waking up on a drip..0

Apart from the finger snapping, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the other things you mention which all seem pretty positive. Just mention that you object to the finger snapping and then take it higher if he doesn't stop.0

Keyboard Hard Man Alert :rotfl:
PS: Seriously, just ignore the finger snapping. Say you don't know what finger snapping means and ask if has has difficulty in communicating properly.“It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.” --Upton Sinclair0
