Omg he's absolutely gorgeous, we have been looking at huskies for a while now but all the rescues make it a clause that you can't let them off a lead in an unenclosured area. I hope you don't mind me asking but is your boy from a rescue and how is he at returning to you when off the lead? X0

We've had him since he's a pup and I agree that you shouldn't let them off lead. He has excellent recall unless there's a distraction (i.e people, other dogs, rabbits, birds) so it's not worth risking. Recall can be trained but it's not uncommon for them to just run off one day and it's likely they'll get hit by a car etc.
That's what long lines are for
