1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over, however if the winner is not 21 they will not be able to take the car hire element unless they take another person who is over 21. This is due to the car hire company's rules and regulations. Transfers will not be supplied if all of the prize winners' party are under the age of 21.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK except employees of Snappy Snaps, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
3. Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on https://www.snappysnaps.co.uk/competitions/
4. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
5. Only one entry per household.
6. The closing for receipt of entries is 27th January 2013 at midnight.
7. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Snappy Snaps. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Snappy Snaps reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
8. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Snappy Snaps Franchise Ltd. 12 Glenthorne Mews, London W6 0LJ.
9. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
11. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, are legally entitled to travel to the USA and have valid travel insurance
12. The holiday prize for 4 people comprises:
    • Return economy flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Orlando Sanford International Airport for 2 adults and 2 children age 11 and under, with Monarch (including 20k luggage allowance per person and in flight meals)
    • 7 day 'intermediate' car hire from Alamo with fully inclusive insurance — driver must be 25 years and over
    • 7 nights stay in one room at the Sirata Beach Resort hotel,
13. The prize excludes:
    • Any form of insurance.
    • Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals, gratuities etc)
    • Travel to and from airports
    • Any personal expenses and spending money;
    • Any taxes
14. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children age 11 and under at the Sirata Beach Hotel is subject to availability at time of booking. The prize is valid from 1st June 2013 — 31st August 2013 and must be booked by 31st March 2013.
