Hi, yes there is, but only this weekend. After looking into every avenue possible, including double checking that there was in fact swarf in the tank and it wasn't just normal debris, I decided to put the car on ebay as a non runner. I got £1,000 for it and will just have to absorb the loss!
Thanks so much for all the advice. I looked into every avenue possible to not sell the car, but having no mechanic friends or no cast iron promise this would be the solution, I decided to cut my losses....
On to the next car...!0 -
