My e-mail query re Ambera Shower Gel hasn't received a response- sent two weeks ago.

Does anyone who contacted the Telegraph re undelivered Stella wins know an e-mail address that worked and got a response?

Yay! Got my Trilogy Oil today too.

I finally got a response to my email to stellabigbeautygiveaway@telegraph.co.uk yesterday - they said they'd chase it up - maybe they did.

Mine arrived this morning, that's all mine done now - hope everyone else gets results quickly.

I collected a parcel from post office this morning, red carded yesterday. It turned out to be Nicky Clarke Ultimate Body hair mousse.

Pretty sure it was from Stella comp but I didn't get a WEM for this. I can't think where else it could be from.

A replacement is being sent, and I provided my address so fingers crossed it will arrive soon.

I've had a reply today to my 3rd email about my missing handcream, asking for my delivery details and a promise to sort it out. Fingers crossed, something will arrive eventually.

ETA: - looks like a result (well, possibly) I have just had an email from the people that should have sent out my prize:
