Email gone to Edwin Mutton now, am sick of waiting any longer with no reply.

I received an email from someone called charlotte I think it was earlier in jan saying my radox shower gel will be with me by the following week. Still havent received and I have emailed twice and no reply. It is only a shower gel but as pp said it is the principal.

I just emailed her again and got this reply

I am so sorry I’ve been away ill. Your prize is being sent today.

I am leaving this company but Nadia who I’ve copied in will be the person to contact if your shower gel doesn’t turn up.

me too i got the email. i dont think they were sent in the first place coz surely they cant all need re sending?!

I got that email about the gloves after I sent an email earlier saying I was taking it to the IPM if I didn't get a reply by tomorrow. Wasn't bothered about them until they didn't reply!
