Currys - mis-sold tablet?

Options
Hi,
I bought a BlackBerry Playbook from Currys the other day, and with it I was sold Norton Tablet Security, to only discover afterwards that the norton is not compatible!

Ordinarily, Currys won't accept a return if the product has been opened and used, but do I have any rights if I wanted to return the tablet and get a different one (that happens to be more expensive) that the Norton will work on?

I bought the tablet with the security in mind so I would like a tablet that I can secure.

Any advice is greatly received,

C

I'd go back, demonstrate to the store manager that Norton isn't compatible with your tablet and get a refund for it. Then download Avast or AVG for free for your tablet.

From what i have read and been told, the playbook is a lot more secure than the android tablets.

Do you plan using it for banking or make purchases online.

If it was me, just get a refund on norton (missold). Have heard a few stories like this.
Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j

If you were told something by the store (and ideally have a witness) you are entitled to a refund if it proves to be wrong, so if the box says no but the store says yes, you are still entitled to a refund based on what they lead you to believe.
My Mind wanders, if found please return.
