I get free phone calls in the evenings and at weekends. If you need to phone up about internet/phone problems, its a NI based call centre, unlike BT.

Note that those reviews seem to be for UTV Internet in the Republic.

However, based on my experience of them a few years ago, I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

I already got the reduced sky rate this time last year ..going to try and get this all sorted this week and will let you all know how i get on with both ,ideally i would like to keep my sky ( for the child) and have my broadband with them also .

Tied with bt untill 11/13 but they were very helpful ..sky offered a 2.00 reduction each month but i had to renew my contract for 12 mnths i have asked them to see if they can try and get me a better deal as when my contract ends with bt i am thinking of taking broadband with them awaiting to hear back .
