Please help---It seems XP does not support the scanner which had been installed and used for a few years, does it mean that I have to replace with another one that is compatible. The scanner is Packard Bell Diamond 2400Plus. cheers.

I found the same with a HP scanner, I rang the comapany and they sent me XP cdrom.0
