Windows Live Messenger Problems

Options
My daughter is having problems signing in on Live on two different computers.

On my laptop, she can't sign in. On her laptop she can't sign in. On the computer in the office she can  . She can sign in on Windows Messenger on all the computers but not into Live on the laptops. I can with no problems.

She enters her ID and password and it just sits there trying to sign in.

Any ideas for solving this?

Doing a 'Quick Google' supplied this link.

What you do is logon as the affected user and delete the following registry key

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\Policies

    Give that a try.
