A good number of threads received nothing more than "we suggest you look at this link/ contact your local CAB", and no advice tailored to their individual circumstances. That must be very frustrating for those asking for advice, especially when they may have waited 48 hours for a response.

I've seen the CAB reps giving incorrect advice.
