Evening everyone.
Was planning for today to be a NSD to take me over target, and... I did it!!! So NSD #13 / 12 :j:j:j
Dragged hubby round a few shops today looking for nursery furniture, didn't buy anything but will go back next week and shall order then. Soooo excited.
Went to boots but used a Xmas gift card for my foundation. So not a true spend.
Hope everyone's well, not looking forward to the snow starting here again tonight.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Happy Birthday kittiej!! :bdaycake:
Number 16 yesterday, but not one today, had to put into a collection at work (one of only 2 people i like & who has been a total rock for me, he's just had a heartattack so i really didn't mind putting in), so i did the grocery shopping tonight too - I'm very proud of myself that i made myself walk to the supermarket even though it was snowing so got my exercise & saved the bus fare.
It means tomorrow WILL be an NSD, & i get to spend a lovely day pottering round the house with my paintbrush

Well, it's been snowing so heavy here that it's too dangerous to drive anywhere, so I'm staying in rather than having a night out, so that makes today NSD
10
and I've hit my monthly target :j:j:j
Congratulations to everyone else who's already hit their target :T
and to everyone else, keep up the great work 'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Evening all, just looked out and we are white over again, and I have to get up for work, perhaps it will be gone by the morning:rotfl:, hope everyone is tucked up safe and warm.
1050+ and about a week left, aren't we good:j:j
Coolcats, good use of phone time, hope eldest DD is feeling better.
Freeby - what an achievement, so focussed.
Can't believe its Friday and I haven't posted since Monday, what have I been doing..I dunno sometimes where my mind is at.:o
So thinking back, Tuesday I put fuel in the car, Wednesday I brought bread but still had to buy sandwiches for work, Thursday, I bought some Guinea pig veggies to last the weekend, so that brings me back to today, which is
NSD 12 of 15
Now then, I haven't managed my 3 in a row target yet but I reckon I might still make it
Tomorrow won't be one as going out, but reckon next week at least Wed, & Thurs should be ...but can I manage 3...deep breath, course I can and I will ! :eek:Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

After yesterday's orgy of spending,I'm glad to report today as #17.
Hi marmite
Sorry for not replying earlier, I've been busy working and no time to log in and catch up with everyone:(
No, I don't count bills at all, including those not on DD. Before I joined this challenge I had a really bad Tatco habit:o:o (actually, not just Tatco, any supermarket... or actually any shop:o:o would do)..... and the amount of money I used to [STRIKE]spend [/STRIKE]waste horrifies me now:o:o:o
Since I've been counting NSDs my unnecessary spends have reduced considerably. I do still allow myself treats but now schedule them to coincide with a designated spendy day and often the desire to spend has worn off by the time the day arrives
This works really well for me so I can't see any real reason to change so far.
Hope that helps
spoon xx
PS: Hope you're not up to your eyeballs in snow :eek:
