Good afternoon all.
Just checked my bank account and no DDs have gone out today. No spends either and no way I'm going out in this cold weather so ....... NSD #9 for me woo hoo! :j
Think I hit the money saving 'wall' todayMy Dad says you should never wish your life away but this month does seem to be dragging. Not that it will encourage me to go out and spend, spend, spend. Once I set myself a goal I usually stick to it (apart from diets, absolutely useless at those lol) :rotfl:
Going to pop off now, update my sig and check the weather forecast to see what is on the horizon.
Hope you all enjoy your evening and will catch up with the thread tomorrow.Sealed Pot Challenge 6 - Member 1938

Half way through the month and although I had a spend today I'm up to 11 NSD's in total. That's 2 food shopping days and 2 non-food shopping trips.0

#10 in the bag!
This month is definately going better in terms of NSDs than previous months!
Won't be one tomorrow though. I have to go to the supermarket. Don't need much, just some milk and fruit, so shouldn't be a big spend, but a spend nonetheless!
Had a terrible nights sleep last night. Woke up with chest pains, which was worrying, and felt rather queasy. Managed to get more comfortable propping myself up on pillows, and spent a couple of hours listing to Radio 4 and my iPod until the pain eased.
Spoke to my friend who is a pharmacist about it, and as soon as I said I'd taken some painkillers for a headache right before bed she went, "ah... acid." She assured me that the likelihood of a heart attack or angina at my age is very rare, but acid reflux is very common!I'm relieved, but hope it doesn't happen again. Obviously I will go to a doctor if this is the start of a problem.
Needless to say, early night for me tonight!Because it's fun to have money!
