Zazzle, what a joke

I ordered a t-shirt from Zazzle.co.uk, stupidly thinking it would arrive for Christmas..

Ordered on the 12th December, 5-12 days shipping. 24th max right?

Nope. 5-12 business days. from the time it is manufactured and sent to the shipping room.

So starting on 12th December it is now the 8th business day. Hmmm no big deal, but expect to wait a while if you order

5-12 days shipping after purchasing on the 12th, I'd have said would be delivered on any of the 19th, 20th, 21st, 24th, 27th, 28th, 31st or 2nd.

Don't see the issue here...

I placed an order on the 3rd using that 5-12 day option. It arrived on the 14th I think.
At the time I ordered it there was a message on the page stating there were only a few days left to ensure Christmas delivery if the using the standard delivery option. When I went back to the site a week or so later to track my order's progress I think I saw some mention of needing to use the faster option to ensure Christmas delivery.

Not sure if it's just two bits of bad luck, but I order mid November as a gift for a works Secret Santa, which was needed by the 14th December. That didn't arrive until last week, which was outside of their delivery times.

Due to it not arriving in time, I had to buy something else. Credit to Zazzle though, in that I contacted them and they offered a full refund and said to keep the T-shirt anyway, so my person ended up with two gifts.
