Just thought I'd balance things up, amidst these threads of a crash.

Strangely enough, many other things continue rising:
Inflation
Interest Rates (although very reluctantly)
Personal debt
Government debt
PFI liabilities
Pension liabilities
Balance of Payments defecit
Taxes
Sorry for introducing some general economics into a "bricks are great/crap" thread, but the impartial people at landlords r us did mention "sound ecenomic fundamentals"...0 -

Won't be much of a shortage once the BTL brigade stop seeing capital gains and get sick of subsidising their tenants.0 -
