House prices continue rising

Just thought I'd balance things up, amidst these threads of a crash.

Balance? He couldn't possibly have a vested interest could he? So who was this independent economic genius?

Strangely enough, many other things continue rising:

    Inflation
    Interest Rates (although very reluctantly)
    Personal debt
    Government debt
    PFI liabilities
    Pension liabilities
    Balance of Payments defecit
    Taxes

Sorry for introducing some general economics into a "bricks are great/crap" thread, but the impartial people at landlords r us did mention "sound ecenomic fundamentals"...

Won't be much of a shortage once the BTL brigade stop seeing capital gains and get sick of subsidising their tenants.

I think you'll find Zammo's signature coin collection is "tongue in cheek" after comments about the previous version in a rather heated thread a few weeks back. I agree that the economics look a bit GB though. :D
