before you do any switching check whether you qualify for the Warm Home Discount. If you are over 60 and your household income is less than £16190 then you qualify with British Gas & Sainsburys. It is over 62 for Scottish Power. All of a sudden your saving of £60 per year has cost you £70 by not checking the Warm Home Discount. Check out the other qualifying criteria especially if you are on an income related benefit with a child under 5. DO IT BEFORE 31 DECEMBER or you will loose out for this year.
