How Do I Get those Clever Arrows?

Hi Guys.
This is probably a really stupid question but here goes.
I've noticed that when some posters post links to other posts, they put a blue arrow icon that you just click on, which takes you directly to it.
The only way that I know of, is to type the link out in full.
I have tried lookng on the A-Z guide but I can't find it.
Thanks in advance

The little blue arrow is a a bit different from doing link that Nelly has explained and happens automatically, as above, when you quote all or part of someone's post.0 -

Hi Edinburghlass.
I've just worked out why it hasn't been working.
When I quote someone, I highlight the text and then use the quote wrap around icon at the top of the message box.
I didn't realise you had to use the quote button on the actual message:rolleyes:
Thanks again
