Can any body please help?
I decided to back up my computer (seemed like a good idia at the time )did not make a restore point! started the program,was asked to insert a disc but used a memory stick instead it ran the program but filled the mem stick with only about 90% of the back-up done, thought well i will get a bigger mem. stick after xmas and do it then.
Xmas morning try to connect camera to computer to download photos and the Olympus program states - olympus master exe. has encountered a fault and needs to shut down-
Tried to restore computer to an earlier date to overcome problem and now computer will not do this function.
Please if any one can help it will be appreciated.
PS tried removing the Olympus program and replacing with the disc supplied, it makes no diiference.

There cannot be any connection between this program failing and making a backup of your data.
I'd uninstall the program using the removal tool in CCleaner, and then reinstall it again.No free lunch, and no free laptop
