New Year - Help me get organised

So I have accounts with multiple banks (personal current, joint current, savings accounts, credit card...) and I am rubbish at logging into the online banking for all because of the different passwords etc. I used to use the Egg portal to check all accounts at once, but no longer available as account has been transferred.
Is there an easier way to view them from a single log on, or are there security issues...
Second - how do you keep track of your spends, I have little discipline for going into spreadsheets etc on a daily basis, usually because I dont set them up well to start with. Is there a decent mobile app (android) anyone recommends, or again are there security issues....
I want to get more organised and start looking at mortgage overpayments in 2013, but need to keep a closer track on the finances.
Thanks

Egg Money Manager is still available if your Egg account was transferred to Yorkshire Building Society.
Or you could just use AccountUnity for the logging in. It's what EMM is based on. First Direct also have a service based on this.
But you would still need something to log and plan your transactions - just looking at what has happened is a dangerous strategy. Use a spreadsheet, or may be get hold of a personal finance software package. I use an ancient version of Microsoft Money which you can't buy new any longer but I found it somewhere on Amazon and it does the job for me. There might be some more modern packages about now.0
