To those planning on making the muffins - I found the dough very moist so had to add quite a bit of flour, not easy when you have sticky hands and one of those containers you need to flick up so I would remember to keep it open next time...:o
Got a few more things organised today and some form filling, nice lunch with lovely man and various children and I will finish this essay.
ooo - mortgage info available online again and my payment to new account number has gone through ok:D. Have seen nice wee house I could happily buy if I could sell my flat tomorrow, needs work but has potential...probably not what I need while studying though...Mortgage OP 2026 £350/2000Mortgage OP 2025 £7700/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

But Beanie we are talking major work here and I'd need to work to finance some of it I think... and don't see mine selling quick enough, plenty of space though so could even get a lodger... oh dear, I seem to be considering it here... must get back to studying to distract myself!Mortgage OP 2026 £350/2000Mortgage OP 2025 £7700/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Ebay free listing weekend this weekend so need to get a few things listed, DS's birthday coming up soon so need to raise some money:eek:. He wants a pile of brownies rather than a cake though so that'll be cheap and easy:DMortgage OP 2026 £350/2000Mortgage OP 2025 £7700/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

What a great recipe Skinty. The others look good aswell, particularly the curry.
I've put a simple salmon and pasta one up that is always cheap and quick.

Saw that Butti and liked it but DS isn't a salmon fan and not sure about bloke either - shall try it next time I have a weekend to myself;). This weekend I have lovely bloke and we are childfree, much as I love them this shall be bliss! (even if we do have to go to the tip:o)
Today I have been mainly filing and shredding - such fun! arggghhh.... Still it needed doing and realised I only had a few more days in which to register my washing machine so that's done too. 3 things done out of 13 so far which doesn't sound great but they were the most horrid - changing my bed, getting DS to do his, and the shredding and filing so the rest should be a breeze really:DMortgage OP 2026 £350/2000Mortgage OP 2025 £7700/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
