It's really funny and good for mums too:o I love Steve...pink_poppy wrote: »What were the crisps like?? I've got the takeaway book (hasn't everyone on MSE?!) but haven't really made much out of it yet.
They are on the website blog thing not in my book but they might be in the other one, I think I need more practise:o DS declared them "magnifique" (he was watching the PSG game), I think I should have cooked them for longer in smaller batches. I think everyone does indeed have the book, DS and I planned to cook something different every weekend and haven't really so must get on with it.pink_poppy wrote: »Btw, cheese with bits of fruit in it = major _pale__pale_
:rotfl::rotfl:each to their own! DS is not a fan of fruit with meat so no pork with apple sauce here, should have seen his face when he ordered a gammon steak once and it came with pineapple on top "why would they DO that???":rotfl::rotfl:Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

I think he's a good bloke to have a crush on - fab body, brains, ability to laugh at himself (see bloopers!:D) and he has a brilliant job, she has excellent taste!

Love the pic of Arran ~ it looks so striking with the snow.
It was lovely & sunny here yesterday but we're on the East coast so the wind was freeeeezzing!! It's about time that cold wind boogered off if you ask me 'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
It's been freezing but sunny here for a while now and I'm very happy with that, washing is drying ok and it's fine for getting out and about in - preferable to warm but rainy:D Homemade potato wedges in actifry and I've chucked a variety of spices in just hope it's not too overpowering...
End of food week with £13 left, hooray! Might take DS out for lunch with it tomorrow, still another week off school to go up here so please let the weather hold as he's been to beach with his pals (hardy souls up here) and is not requesting money for anything - to be fair he took his own for drinks etc.Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
