Well I'm in a much better mood today - maybe cos I've been for a run, helps focus the mind and the pain of running along the beach into the wind means the other stuff doesn't seem so bad, pain of being blown into a bollard quite bad though:rotfl::rotfl:

Well we ended up going in the car in the end which was just as well as DS was feeling a big seedy by the time we went home, fine today though so must just have been tired. Have asked ex not to keep in touch for now as it wasn't helping me just making me miserable

To be fair to him, he's a nightmare because of his ex! Scared of being hurt and wants guarantees, what can I say... life just doesn't work that way...
