I love running or going to the gym and just feel much calmer but to be fair it was pouring and blowing a gale this morning so I might not have been feeling the love afterwards. Just watched poor Murray get beaten while I ironed instead

Bought some accidental shoes today at the supermarket but they were pretty and bargainous:o.... and erm...bought Lion King tickets, not cheap but DS and I will enjoy it and it's cheaper than going to London...
