Ohhhh no I am really sorry to hear that but PLEASE don't be too harsh on yourself. Little steps and you will soon be well enough to go out and do what you want :D If you try to do too much then you will end up going backwards so yes be patient with yourself

I am sorry for being a lone stepper recently but I just couldn't justify the extra time. But I have been reading what you have all been up to so I am still here in spirit :rotfl:

But I should have more time now so I am back for a bit :j

    Steps today are:
    Call tax office
    Call tesco credit-DONE
Speak to landlady about moving and rent owed-DONE
Call MIL (well she nearly is lol, did I tell you I got engaged?)-DONE
    Book Ballet tickets-DONE
    Do House viewings-DONE
Clear hallway and get bits ready for freecycle-DONE
    Put more items on Ebay-DONE
    Put more bits on freecycle

There might be more but that's all I can think of for now so I'm cracking on with those :)

You snunk that in there Mrs LOL! CONGRATS :D XXXXXX

Feeling like a dozy mare this morning........yesterday was my HRT patch change day and i put on the wrong one!!!!! Soooooooo i now have had an extra dose of the one that makes me feel like poo :( AND its the weekend so i don't know who to ring to ask what to do :o - as if my hormones aren't messed up enough :rotfl::rotfl:

I do try not to be hard on myself re the mood changes, I know they are down to the meds mostly and there is little i can do about that. The problem for me is when i feel good i want to do lots of things then when i'm low i can't do them so i get myself into a situation where i appear unreliable and that really annoys me :o

Anyway........today in my hormonal mess i will try to:

    ring sky
    dental registration

    Dailies:

    some knitting
new listings for ebay - done :) 23 listings added today!! Whew :D
    exercise
    fruit 3/3 done :)
daily goal on swaggers - done already :)
    maximiles
    UR
    free bingo - done :)

    Others:

clear email account of another 100 emails - done :)
    contact stepchange (can't till Mon)
    pay tv licence
wash the dishes - done :)
    extra surveys - 2 done :)
sort medical reports for sending with form - done :)

My OH is definitely stranded at his place :( Looks like I'm 'enjoying' the snow on my own. So hopefully I can cross more off this list as the day goes on. This is for the whole weekend, not just today (and snowday if we get one!)

    1) Buy rabbit food done :)I also bought a non-essential sledge! Now just need someone to go sledging with!
    2) Open account at building society may have to rollie, didn't realise they closed at 12
    3) Sort assessment stuff for school
    4) Cut and laminate names for practicing name writing. done just need to run them through the laminator on Monday
    5) Update diary done :)
    6) Start a jigsaw
    7) Make cards
    8) Take clothes to charity shop (if it's not too treacherous!)
    9) Put card in recycling done :)might as well start with the easy stuff!
    10) Update handbell team scrapbook done :)
    11) Hot bath
    12) Update ipod
    13) Sort SkyGo account done :)
    14) Sort out card making box
    15) Finish watching Frozen Planet (seems appropriate in this weather!)
    16) Special occasions 'scrapbook' for school done :)
    17) Put jigsaws in top cupboard done :)
    18) Take shoes to shoebank done :)
    19) Collect book corner 'tent' from my gran.
    20) Read my book
    21) Go for a winter walk

Stay safe in the white stuff!!

I'd much rather be stranded there with him. He was going to come here, but it wasn't safe to get his car out. Must admit I'm getting a bit worried. He text me to say he was going out for a walk 6 hours ago and I've not heard anything since. Even if he's still out I thought he'd have stopped for lunch somewhere. I have managed to get a couple of school jobs done this afternoon, but I'd much rather be having fun in the snow!

Aw Giggles i'm sure everything is ok with ur OH - if he is anything like mine he will be sitting in the pub or at a mates house etc. Phone signals aren't great with the snow either so try not to worry too much! xxxx

Xansmum - i remembered the name of that other vitamin supplement - Pharmaton - they are like horse tablets but they are the best ones i have ever found. xxxx

If he'd been at a mates I'd have been really annoyed as he has to drive to get anywhere. He's finally text. He'd taken his camera with him...if he'd told me he was taking his camera I would have understood the lack of contact as he tends to lose track of time. He's apologised for not texting but I'm still so frustrated as I normally love this kind of weather but it's no fun on my own. It's probably still beautiful where he is as there's so few people around there, but here the world and his wife have walked, sledged and driven and it's either icy and white or sludgy and dirty.
